The first in a series I’ve begun using professional photos taken of me during COVID. It was a tense time, I was entering my sixties, had let my hair go naturally grey, and in this series, I am leaving out the “fluff” of the photos to focus instead on the gestures, capturing where I literally was in my body in that moment.
